Turbo Product Codes (TPC) TC3400 series. Lowest encoding and decoding complexity solution. Ideal solution for medium to large block size (4k to 16k bits) and high code rates (3/4 and above). Widely used where FPGA cost is the driver. Used in various proprietary VSAT modems.

DVB-S2 TC4000. "Close-to-Shannon" Eb/N0 performance, large block size (16k and 64k bits). Optimal solution where Eb/N0 performance is the key and large block size is not a constraint. The FEC technology is a LDPC + BCH concatenation.

CCSDS turbo code TC6000. Suitable for applications that are power-limited (require high coding gain) rather than bandwidth-limited (code ratios < 1/2, down to 1/6). Used in communications with deep-space probes.

WiMAX CTC (Convolutional Turbo Code) TC1000-WiMAX. Industry-reference turbo decoder solution - implements both IEEE802.16d-2004 and IEEE802.16e-2005 specifications. The Core is optimized for FPGA or ASIC environments, to be used in Base Station or CPEs. Three distinct throughput profiles are offered, up to 150 Mbps decoded bitrate. Our solution has been adopted by industry leaders such as Sequans Communications (see our press release).

WiMAX LDPC (Low Density Parity Check Code) TC4200-WiMAX implements IEEE802.16e-2005 specifications. Available for FPGA and ASIC devices. A patented architecture allows to reach high throughput within small device footprint. Two throughput profiles are available: 75 Mbps or 200 Mbps (decoded data rate).
